SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
All Dots of Country orders are carefully packed and shipped from Australia using Australia Post.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your order on its way to you.
PROCESSING TIMES
As a small, artist-led business, we personally prepare and pack each order with care. Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch.
During collection launches and other busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll always do our best to get your piece on its way to you as quickly as possible.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and Australia Post delivery timeframes. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are outside of our control.
ORDER ISSUES
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page and include your order number and photographs where relevant.
